Successfully Organized Kick-off Meeting in Skopje Marked a Fruitful Start of SPIDE Implementation

The Integrated Business institute, in the role of a project coordinator, organized a kick-off meeting concerning the project: Strategic Partnership for Innovation and Development of Entrepreneurship (SPIDE) at the premises of the Institute, on the 4-5 may 2017. The two-day meeting was enriched by the presence of two project team members from each of the partnering institutions: University of Ljubljana-Faculty of Administration; University College of Economics and Culture Riga; and University of Applied Sciences Kehl.

The first day of the kick-off meeting was focused on discussing the goals and objectives of the project, setting the initial timeframe of implementation of the project activities in the frame of the expected results and indicators of achievement. Additionally the financial aspects and the budget transfers were agreed upon.

The second day of the meeting was intended for discussing the components and exchanging ideas among the project team members for optimizing their implementation. Particularly the importance of quality and timely intellectual outputs was stressed, while setting the structure for the project sustainability.

SPIDE is will be implemented by a project consortium consisting of the four aforementioned partnering higher education institutions, in a 24 month period (January 2017 – December 2018). The project is supported by the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility under the Erasmus+ KA2 – 203 programme.
