Mobility requirements for students

·       Citizenship of a CEEPUS country;

·       Full-time student status at a higher education institution in the home country;

·       Age limit: 35 years;

·       Support of the CEEPUS coordinator at the home institution.

Mobility requirements for teaching staff

·       Citizenship of a CEEPUS country;

·       Full time employment at a higher educational institution in a CEEPUS member country;

·       Holding a Ph.D.;

·       Teaching plan about minimum 6 teaching hours (lecture or seminar) during minimum 5 working days at the host institution;

Submission deadlines for CEEPUS mobility applications

·       Network mobility for the first/winter semester: 15th June

·       Network mobility for the /second/summer semester: 31st October

·       Freemover mobility for the first/winter semester: continuously, usually starting from 1st July, open until availability

·       Freemover mobility for the second/summer semester: 30th November

*Deadlines are on the same days each year.
